Are you a "hotel" or an "apartment" community?

WaterWalk is a blended community of both Hotel suites and Apartment Style Suites.  Our fully furnished hotel suites require no application or signed agreement, just a reservation and a credit card on file.  Our unfurnished apartment style suites require an approved application and a signed agreement.

Regardless of your needs WaterWalk has an option for you.

PET-FRIENDLY LIVING

Can I bring my dog to WaterWalk Jacksonville - Deerwood Park?

Absolutely! We welcome up to two dogs per suite with a combined weight limit of 75 pounds for one pet or 50 pounds each for two pets. There are no breed restrictions except those required by local Jacksonville ordinances, and our front desk can provide you with any applicable breed information for the area. A one-time non-refundbale pet fee of $300 applies, along with monthly pet rent of $50 for one dog or $75 for two dogs.
